1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using Seedhape, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with the laws applicable to you. If you use Seedhape for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Seedhape provides software for bounded agentic commerce: account sign-in, mandates, policy enforcement, MCP connectivity, x402 payment coordination, and related wallet or funding workflows. Features, supported networks, assets, limits, and providers may change. Some functionality depends on third-party wallets, blockchains, facilitators, custody providers, authentication providers, and payment providers.

3. Authentication and account security

You are responsible for the security of your Google account, browser session, wallet, private keys, recovery phrases, MCP tokens, and devices. A Google or MetaMask sign-in identifies your Seedhape account; it does not authorize a payment. Do not share MCP tokens or sign typed-data mandates you do not understand. Notify us promptly if you believe an account, token, mandate, or wallet has been compromised.

4. Mandates, wallets, and payments

You control the purpose, limits, duration, and permitted hosts of a mandate. A mandate is a bounded authorization, not a guarantee that a payment will succeed. EIP-712 signatures, ERC-7710 permissions, EIP-3009 transfers, blockchain transactions, and third-party checkout actions may be irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing the network, asset, recipient, amount, and policy before approving an action.

For Google onboarding, Seedhape may operate encrypted managed authorization and agent-wallet infrastructure where enabled. For wallet-native onboarding, you retain control of your wallet and must provide any required network gas. Seedhape does not promise asset price stability, uninterrupted custody, transaction finality, or recovery of lost keys or tokens.

5. Third-party services and Google sign-in

Google sign-in is provided through Google’s OpenID Connect service and is subject to Google’s terms and policies. On-ramp, off-ramp, custody, RPC, facilitator, and wallet services are provided by third parties under their own terms. Seedhape is not responsible for third-party availability, verification decisions, fees, exchange rates, transaction delays, or policy changes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Seedhape to violate law, evade sanctions, launder funds, commit fraud, harm others, interfere with networks, exploit a service, bypass a mandate or security control, upload malicious code, or misrepresent your identity or authority. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, providers, networks, or the service.

7. Fees, taxes, and responsibility

You are responsible for provider fees, network fees, taxes, reporting obligations, and any obligations arising from your transactions. Seedhape does not provide legal, tax, investment, financial, or accounting advice. Review transactions with your own professional advisers where appropriate.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedhape disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or losses arising from blockchain networks, wallets, third-party providers, market movements, compromised credentials, or irreversible transactions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and contact
